A Fun Layout Using Watercolor Melon from Stampin’ Up!

This is the last day to take advantage of Stampin’ Up! Sale-A-Bration.  You can earn this stamp set for free with a $50 purchase of products.  This card was created for my February card class and everyone loved the bright colors.  I used the Modern Oval punch for the whole watermelon, but it’s an easy shape to fussy cut if you don’t have the punch.

Below you will find the list of products and colors used. I left a 1/8” border on the front because I wanted the bright color to pop.  Products used can be purchased through my Stampin’ Up! online store unless otherwise stated.  You can find my website information under “SHOP” located at the top of the page.

Stampin’ Up! Cheerful Daisies

I’m enjoying using the Cheerful Daisies bundle.  I used the Lemon Lolly cardstock for the daisies and I admit the color is prettier than I thought it would be.  It goes fabulous well with the Countryside DSP.   This card didn’t take long to create although majority of the card was die cut. If you don’t like using liquid glue, I would suggest using adhesive sheets for the daisies and for the Night of Navy sprig.

The list of products and colors used are listed below.  Don’t hesitate to reach out to me if you are in need of the new Stampin’ Up! annual catalog.

Stampin’ Up! Irresistible Blooms

This was created during my monthly upline meeting.  We used the Irresistible Blooms Suite that is only through the On-Line Exclusive.  The DSP is 6 x 6 and includes two returning colors that will be part of the Color Revamp. The two colors are Pretty Peacock and Lost Lagoon! We won’t see those colors, in addition to other new colors until the launch of the new Annual Catalog.

I checked the status of this Suite/Bundle and it is currently unavailable, however, is expected to be back in stock mid-April.  I do apologize for showing you this set this week although you will not be able to purchase until then.

Another Card Using Stampin’ Up! Country Floral Lane Suite

This card was created for my card class and in this layout I did use almost every item of the Country Floral Lane Suite Collection with the exception of the red ribbon. Truth be told, Mossy Meadow is not one of my go to colors, but it absolutely makes this card perfect with the country lane DSP in Petal Pink.  I noticed this suite is on back order.  Not surprised to see it on back order so quickly.

I used the Best Trio punch to decorate the corners of the Basic White label.  I love that no dies were used.

One Sheet Wonder Technique Using Stampin’ Up! Thanks A Bunch

A fellow Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator inspired me to use the One Sheet Wonder (OSW) technique using the Thanks a Bunch stamp set.  I thought it was so clever how she turned the carrots and greenery stamps into a wreath when she created her card. I wanted to do something a little different and that’s when I thought about the OSW technique.

You can earn this Thanks A Bunch stamp set for free with $50 purchase during Sale-A-Bration now through 28 February 2023.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me if you would like a copy of the Mini Catalog and Sale-A-Bration brochure.

Using the Basic White 8 ½ x 11, I stamped down the center, horizontally and then vertically. I first cut it down to 5 ½ x 4 ¼ and then trimmed multiple sides until the final measurement of 5 x 3 ¾.

Just a reminder about Sale-a-Bration.  The products you earn for free during this time are only available while supplies last.

Stampin’ Up! Alphabest Bundle – A Great Set to Own

I couldn’t help myself….I had to create more cards using the Alphabest Bundle.  The diagonally stamping is CASEd from watching the weekly LIVE from Sara Douglass featuring the Alphabest Bundle.  You could easily stamp directly on colored cardstock, however, my style of card making is having layers.

Ornate Thanks stamp set was used on this first card.  I used my Starry Sky Stampin’ blends and colored the White Crinkled ribbon.  Such a pretty shade!

This second card has the sentiment from the Amazing Phrasing stamp set.

Products used can be purchased through my Stampin’ Up! on-line store, unless otherwise stated.  You can find my website information under SHOP.

The list of products and colors used can be found below.  I hope you like these cards.  Please feel free to leave a comment if you do.

Sneak Peek of Another New Stampin’ Up! Sale-a-Bration Product!

Here’s another sneak peek at a Sale-a-Bration product you can earn for free.  Don’t forget Stampin’ Up! Sale-a-Bration starts 1 July 2022 and will end 31 August 2022 and also the new mini-catalog.  There’s some wonderful products in both the catalog and brochure.  Don’t hesitate to contact me if you need a copy of the mini catalog and the Sale-a-Bration brochure.

During 2020 when we were all staying at home, I started watching the Cincinnati Zoo Facebook page.  Watching the different animals, I grew to like hippos.  Their famous Fiona the Hippo was amusing to watch.  I love how Stampin’ Up! is offering the stamp set and die set separately.  You can earn each for free with a $50 purchase.  I used several of the new 2022-2024 In Colors to create these cards.  Again, I used the new Deckled Rectangles with the jagged edges.  It’s difficult to see in the picture, but I did add Wink of Stella to the hippo’s tutu, slippers and nails.

See below for the list of products and colors used for this card.

Products used can be purchased through my Stampin’ Up! on-line store, unless otherwise stated.  You can find my website information under SHOP.

Stampin’ Up! Wisteria Wishes Stamp Bundle

I have been wanting to use this bundle for several weeks and kept pushing it aside to create other sets.  Well, after recently spending some time with my sister-in-law, I knew I had to create this card for her.  We were talking about her garden and her Wisteria that has been struggling to survive.

I used the new Deckled Rectangles die on the Basic White.  The jagged edges was perfect to emboss with Brick & Mortar embossing folder.  Oh and take a closer look at the die cut leaves….amazing!  A super quick and easy card to create.  I’m so happy I bought this bundle.

See below for the list of products and colors for this card.
